1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the regol33 online gaming platform, including all casino games, sportsbook services, live dealer games, slots, lottery products, and any other services made available through regol33.org (collectively, the "Platform").

regol33 is operated under international gaming authority frameworks. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes and is made available to eligible players subject to the restrictions set out in these Terms. By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

regol33 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, regol33 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. 2.Definitions

• "Account" means a registered player account on the regol33 Platform.
• "Applicable Law" means all applicable laws, regulations, directives, and regulatory requirements in any jurisdiction relevant to the operation of regol33 or the Player's use of the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's regol33 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive values credited to a Player's Account that are subject to bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification and proof of payment method.
• "Platform" means the regol33 website at regol33.org and all services, games, and features accessible through it.
• "Services" means all online gaming products and ancillary services offered by regol33 through the Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or play placed by a Player using real-money Balance or eligible Bonus Funds.

3.Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to the regol33 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. regol33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where this requirement cannot be satisfied.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. regol33 does not guarantee that the Platform is available or lawful in all locations. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

3.3 Registration Requirements. To register an Account on regol33, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred currency. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

3.4 One Account per Player. Each individual may maintain only one Account on regol33. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, regol33 may close all associated Accounts and forfeit any Balances therein.

3.5 Identity Verification. regol33 may require Players to complete KYC verification at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and delay of withdrawal processing.

4.Account Obligations

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your regol33 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party.

4.2 You must notify regol33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. regol33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account use where you have failed to notify us promptly.

4.3 You must not allow any other person to access or use your regol33 Account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

4.4 You must ensure that all information associated with your Account is accurate and up to date at all times. You must not use false identities, fictitious names, or impersonate any other person when registering or using the Platform.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Methods. regol33 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, subject to availability. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless a higher minimum applies to a specific payment method. regol33 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours during normal operating hours. regol33 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where KYC verification is outstanding or where a transaction requires additional security review.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in the Player's own name. regol33 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. regol33 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals. regol33 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by Applicable Law.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available through regol33 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered the stipulated number of times before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as real money.

6.3 regol33 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reason to believe that a Player has abused any promotion, used multiple Accounts to claim a promotion, or otherwise acted in bad faith.

6.4 Players may only claim a welcome bonus or first-deposit promotion once. Subsequent deposit bonuses are subject to the terms of each individual offer.

7.Betting Rules

7.1 All bets placed on regol33 are subject to the applicable game rules and sportsbook rules displayed within the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or market before placing a Wager.

7.2 regol33 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, was placed at clearly incorrect odds, or was placed in circumstances that regol33 reasonably considers to constitute a technical error.

7.3 regol33 does not accept bets placed by automated means, bots, or software tools. Any account found to be using such methods will be suspended and all associated Wagers voided.

7.4 For live sportsbook events, regol33 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time and to void bets placed after an event outcome has been determined.

8.Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the regol33 Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service in order to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or using any form of cheating software;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games, or any other multiplayer format;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful purpose;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing regol33 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Engaging in "bonus hunting" or systematic exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts or in co-ordination with third parties.

regol33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, and to retain any Balance where such conduct is confirmed.

9.Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the regol33 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the property of regol33 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of regol33.

10.Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, regol33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption or unavailability of the Platform; (c) any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; or (d) any loss of data.

10.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. regol33 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit regol33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.

11.Responsible Gaming

11.1 regol33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only, and participation must always remain voluntary and within the Player's financial means.

11.2 Players may access the following responsible gaming tools directly from their regol33 Account Settings at any time, without requiring contact with customer support:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits;
• Session time reminders at player-defined intervals;
• Temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 months);
• Self-exclusion for a period of 6 months to 5 years.

11.3 Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, regol33 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing gaming services on the Platform.

11.5 regol33 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age. Any Account found to be operated by an underage individual will be closed immediately and all funds returned to source where legally permissible.

12.Suspension & Termination

12.1 regol33 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms is detected or suspected; (b) fraudulent activity is detected; (c) KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily; (d) a Player requests self-exclusion; or (e) regol33 is required to do so by Applicable Law or regulatory direction.

12.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, regol33 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, regol33 may forfeit the Balance and report the matter to relevant authorities.

12.3 A Player may close their regol33 Account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money Balance will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

13.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulatory frameworks applicable to regol33's operating jurisdiction. Where applicable, Malaysian consumer protection legislation may apply to Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia.

13.2 In the event of any dispute between a Player and regol33, the Player must first contact regol33 customer support to seek an informal resolution. regol33 shall respond to formal complaints within 10 business days.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body as designated by regol33's licensing authority.
